Fran is a squirrel from Higglytown Heroes.
Fran is the squirrel friend of the Higgly Kids. She usually plays the role of a babysitter (or chaperone) for the kids when the parents aren't around.
Out of all of the kids, Fran is closer to Kip. This is proven by the fact that she lives in a treehouse in Kip's backyard, and she usually sits on top of his head, hinting and implying that she's the pet of Kip.
Fran is a wise, southern bell-type character. Fran's age is indefinite.
